Costa's staff is divided into 6 departments - Lamination (Construction of the composite parts), Assembly (putting the parts together/assembly of the boat), Finishing (Quality control of the gelcoat surfaces), Pre-rig (building boat side wiring harnesses), Final Rigging (Wiring and parts assembly throughout the entire boat to completion), Inventory Control (Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Kit Building, Parts Pickup/Delivery), and Admin (Customer Care, Sales, Operations).Costa will continue to refine and develop processes focusing on vertical integration. This requires constant recruitment of hard working, consistent, experienced, like-minded individuals.
