  • We may display publicly available information about businesses whether or not the business has claimed its listing.

When you submit a service request through TotalBoater.com, your contact information and request details are shared with the selected businesses. TotalBoater.com is not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and a business. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by listed businesses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TotalBoater.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TotalBoater.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

15. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from TotalBoater.com, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS text message containing a one-time verification code to authenticate your account listing.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code/number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help/Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly through our Contact Form.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency is one message per verification request.
